In the processing, design, packaging, photography to shipping of UNITY, we work with talented young people in Nepal and India.
Sanish already supports his family with his passion, photography. He comes from a small town in the Kathmandu Valley. Sanish has taken over the management of the photography for UNITY.

Each UNITY box comes with a heart that has been lovingly handmade by the talented women of a sheltered workshop for disabled people. The production of the hearts supports the workshop especially in the work-dry time like since the beginning of the pandemic.
UNITY visuals are drawn by social activist and artist Gokul Gopinath, who was able to complete his bachelor's degree in social work with the extra income. His designs can also be found on Paropakaram incense sticks.
Blind, deaf - and talented
Not far from its origin, the yarn is woven by hand by blind and deaf people in Kathmandu, Nepal. This is work that provides a secure job and social space for people on the margins of society, most of whom are women. The proceeds directly support local social projects such as food distribution for the homeless or the distribution of free canes for the blind.
